Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development with honors from the University of Southern California and is a licensed New York Real Estate Salesperson.
Jonathan combines institutional-grade financial rigor with hands-on operational leadership, allowing him to navigate New York’s regulatory and market complexity while driving long-term value for property owners.

Matthew Young is Verado’s lead accounting and financial strategy advisor, responsible for overseeing reporting, compliance, and financial controls across client portfolios.
A licensed Certified Public Accountant with over 10 years expeirience, Matthew brings deep experience in both public and private accounting. His work ensures that property owners receive accurate, transparent, and actionable financial insight.
Robert Rahmanian
Leasing Consultant
Robert Rahmanian brings almost two decades of New York City leasing experience to every assignment. He owns and leads his own real estate brokerage, guiding his team’s strategy across rent optimization, portfolio positioning, and tenant mix for multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout the city.

Eugene Sarantis Chielf Legal Counsel to Verado Management, bringing instrumental expertise to lease enforcement, tenant matters, and compliance across New York City’s highly regulated housing environment.
Eugene focuses on protecting ownership interests through precise lease drafting, enforcement strategy, and risk mitigation, while ensuring strict adherence to city and state housing, cooperative, and condominium regulations. Having spent years managing large portfolios of luxury residential properties in Los Angeles and Palm Springs, Kyle brings his expertise in providing tenants an exceptional experience, as well as his knowledge of systems and procedures.

As an experienced real estate professional and agent, with a backgroup in entrenuership, Adrian brings tremendous value to the leasing Verado managed properties. Adrian received her bachelor’s degree in Business from Baruch College, gaining valuable knowledge and experience, which has propelled her career forward as a real estate advisor in the fast paced environment of Manhattan real estate.
